Key responsibilities

  • Process outgoing and incoming shipments from start to finish.
  • Prepare delivery orders and shipping documents for import and export.
  • Coordinate with traders and trade executives on order processing and shipment documentation.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal or external clients.
  • Resolve issues that come up during day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for inbound and outbound deliveries and stock-takes.
